Idiots....

Disclaimer: I would be happy if Anderson University decided to change their drinking rule... I like my alcoholic beverages.... I just think protests in general are ineffective... especially when you choose something that has the capacity to be so destructive, rather than a human rights something or other...

So there is a large group of idiots at my school, the way I saw it was that they started living the radical life after reading this book.... It started out as loving others and living simply. I got stepped on a lot during that, but who knew it would get funny. Yesterday they led this protest (watch the video) instead of going to chapel. I'm taking an extra week for spring break and am heart broken to have missed it, but my roommate texted me this morning and told me I wouldn't believe what happened during chapel. She told me there were a bunch of empty alcoholic beverage bottles and a bunch of protesters leaving chapel and walking to a bar and ordering a drink.... But I didn't have to ask her much more since it's in a lot of newspapers.... Way to go kids... Now our claims to fame are the Gaithers, Sandi Patty, and the great booze protest of 2009.... I don't know which I'm more proud of....

Maybe it's a bad theory, but I've decided "radical" may not be the way to go.
