There are some days that I hate simply hate being a girl... It's called PMS. I sent a warning out to my office friends today, but I'm just not sure why it's such a big part of my life. You Pre MSing for 7-10 days before the grossness happens and then during that you feel so bloated and crappy your emotions continue to go nuts. This basically means that for almost half of my reproductive years, I am not myself. That makes no sense to me? Or is who I am an emotional wreck? Who knows... I stand back and laugh at myself in the end, but in the heat of the moment when people say ridiculous things like the girls in Ireland are prettier and I consider it a fat joke pointed at me, PMS sucks. Stupid...

All kinds of Vows...

No one reads my blog... and that's good news to me. It makes me want to use it more. So that's my new vow... An update at least once a week. But for now I will catch you up on all that has happened. I finished my math class with flying colors and I offically never have to study math ever again! As soon as I came home, I started an internship at my home church in St. Louis. I am working as a youth intern at Windosr Crossing Community Church. I lead small groups, take trips, hang out with high school and middle school kids, play bocce ball, do a lot of growing, and a ton of laughing. It is the best job I could ask for. It truly is such a challenge for me, but for the most part, I really enjoy rising to the challenges. I also had to give a "sermon" that was one of those good/bad challenges.
In other news, my sister got married this past saturday. I was the maid of horror and walked down the aisle by myself and made a toast and everything! Apparently I'm funny. Nicole looked absolutely gorgeous and her and hunter are going to have a great future together. It also got Nate and I seriously considering what our future together looks like. I love him so much and hope to some day spend the rest of our lives together... we'll see. He left from the wedding to meet his soccer team and head to Ireland for a couple of weeks. It will be good and give me a chance to get a lot of my summer school work done and focus on my internship.
Until Next Time...
Ashley
